Background
Short drama creation spans scripts, characters, storyboards, image generation, video previews, and version management. The early workflow was scattered across tools, making AI output difficult to control.

My role
- Defined the IA and core workflow for the AI short drama platform.
- Owned product strategy, UX, visual language, motion, and design system.
- Aligned product, AI, and frontend teams around MVP scope and launch priorities.

- Mapped the full task chain from idea to video preview.
- Designed models for scripts, storyboards, assets, generation states, and version history.
- Validated efficiency, control, and recovery paths through high-fidelity prototypes.

- Delivered the complete creation platform experience, component system, and motion specs.
- Established reusable patterns for AI waiting, failure, retry, preview, and version comparison.
